It is with much sadness that the staff and management write to inform you that S&P Mortgage, Inc. has opted to close its Residential and Commercial Mortgage Origination channels effective December 14, 2009.
S&P Mortgage, Inc will no longer be accepting new loan submissions for purchases or refinances for residential or commercial transactions. Any loans already issued a commitment letter, prior to or at the aforementioned date will be honored until their expiration.
